Pre-wedding Consult

Once you’ve had a look through my portfolio and have decided to book with me, we sit down for a pre-wedding consult.

This is where we get to know each other. I get a sense of the vibe of your wedding and give you a rundown on suitable South West locations. Having done hundreds of weddings, I can give you tips on how to plan the day. After our initial meeting, I give you a rundown on how the photography will unfold around your timeline.

I give you a Journey Guide explaining the process, and a Tips and Advice sheet to help you mentally prepare. You’ll be informed from start to finish. Then the countdown is on. Any questions you have in the lead-up, I’m here to help.

Wedding

My priority is to capture the magic of your ceremony, the fun of your reception and the intimate moments you don’t want to miss. But I make sure I don’t get in the way.

Nervous about posing? I have a knack for getting people to crack a smile — even the shyest of your friends! I make you feel at ease and forget you’re in front of the camera. We’ll capture relaxed and happy photos you’ll cherish forever.

Post-wedding

Worried you will only have a handful of photographs to show off to your family and friends? I take thousands of raw pictures. These images are of consistent quality and never require much editing.

After you come down from the wedding, I send you hundreds of photos to look through. You select your favourites along with any Photoshop requests.

I prefer natural photographs over highly edited shots. But if there are elements you want smoothing over  – a bit of hair in your face or sunburn (it happens) – I edit those out. Once edited, your wedding photos are yours to treasure forever.
